I’m trying to get into a design I worked on a few days ago and get that the “tool experienced an error” in an endless loop. Help?!

It seems to be OK today. It was a design that was imported and there were parts being created, so maybe it was something with that? I am a bit nervous, so will likely be restarting the design in another ‘file’.
For the future: How/where do I find the design ID?
