Import from unsupported CAD. Any suggestions?

I have design in Pulsonix and want to import it into upverter but can’t. Upverter support confirmed that this CAD doesn’t supported.
Which option do I have now ?

What comes to me is:

  • Try to find converter from pulsonix to some supported format (Eagle, Altium, etc). Here is a converter from upverter with bunch of supported formats.

  • As last option is to try copy my design by hand ? :fearful:

any more suggestions ? :slight_smile:

Honestly you don’t have many options - sorry!

1: We’ve had some luck outsourcing the task of copying the design into Upverter, but its error prone.

2: You doing the job of remaking it will probably work better - but it will take you a bunch of time and be a shitty experience.

3: The upverter import format is pretty well documented - you could check it out. Its not super hard to write converters, but your problem s going to be reading the pulsonix format (its probably not documented).
