I’m using the U2 (antenna) and U3 (balun) combination shown below in my design. Does anyone have any layout suggestions to maximize performance? Any resources would help too! Thanks

Mostly likely, you will want 50ohm trace impedance between the RF output and the antenna. Use a calculator such as this one
The RF signal is extremely influenced by geometry of the layout. The greater the impedance mismatch between the elements of the transmission line, the more power will be reflected back to the source. Tuning for the best power transfer may take some effort. Alternately, it may be helpful to find a layout that already works well.
