Failure to propagate concierge updates

Please forgive me if I am making a rookie error.

I requested the following part from the concierge: TDK MMZ2012Y601B. I received an email informing me that the part had gone through. Unfortunately, when I checked my design I saw this:

However, when I checked my components library, I saw this:

Could someone please point out where I am going wrong here?

Another concierge part came through. This time it did what I expected:

Unfortunately, the upgrade button is unresponsive. IE clicking it does nothing.

Any thoughts?

This just happened to me as well. I got an email saying my part was done. I actually had changed the part, but it was still useful so I placed it back in my design. The inspector said an upgrade was available (as the email told me) and I clicked “upgrade” and now the part is queued up for verification in three days.

I am not sure what is happening, I filed a bug to look into this and get it fixed.
