I have created the same part 3 times now in the part creation tool with symbol and footprint. I saved it and saw the summary page. When I close that window and go back to my design to select it, it doesn’t show up in my library or in available parts at all. It was the STPS30SM60S.
We are taking a look at why some parts are delayed to appear in search after you make them.
in the meantime, you can use the part that you created by clicking the “my library” filter in the add component dialog and the component should appear in that list.
