Minor issue: I can’t find any way to upload my profile picture. Tried Chrome and Edge browsers but still don’t know where to click or go?

Me either, is there a way to upload a profile picture?
I also don’t see a way to upload a logo for my Company Account.
we are using https://en.gravatar.com/ for the profile pics right now, we are looking into a way to upload directly but it will be a while as it is a little bit down the todo list right now.
