How does one get to the page to enter personal data like Credit Cards ?

Enter my CC for old account and new account and now my Design and Library are GONE?! Help!!

You may have been confused by the concept of contexts.

You can always access the settings for your personal account by visiting https://upverter.com/settings/ (available on your dashboard as “Account Settings”) under your personal context. You can access settings for team accounts under the team context as long as you are one of the team admins.
